Welcome to Stage Coach Farm & Forge
Stage Coach Farm & Forge is a small, family-run workshop dedicated to hand-forging heirloom-quality carbon steel cookware. Every skillet, wok, and utensil that leaves our forge is shaped by hand, built to last generations, and made with a deep respect for traditional blacksmithing craft.
We're currently tentatively planning to have cookware back in production by March 2026 — thank you for your patience and support while we work to bring new pieces to the forge.
The Team
Ryan Sanden
Ryan is a master blacksmith with more than 20 years of experience in metalworking. He began hand-forging carbon steel cookware in 2020, combining old-world blacksmithing techniques with a modern eye for functional, beautiful kitchen tools. Every piece that comes out of the forge passes through his hands.
Jessy Bird
Jessy is co-founder of Stage Coach Farm & Forge, and the recipe creator and food photographer behind the brand. She develops the recipes and photography that show off what Stage Coach cookware can do in the kitchen, and works alongside Ryan to bring the Stage Coach vision to life.
