Pre-Orders
We do not offer refunds on pre-orders that have not yet shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within one week of delivery. Approved returns are refunded minus a 10% transaction fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Knives & Axes
We don't offer refunds on knives or axes. Instead, these items are covered by our lifetime guarantee against breakage. We also offer free sharpening on knives and axes — you just cover the cost of shipping to us.
