Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry right away. Stainless steel won't rust or need seasoning — just skip the dishwasher to protect the hand-forged finish.
All metal cookware gets hot during use — including handles, lids, and utensils. Always use an oven mitt or towel when handling, keep hot cookware away from children, and allow it to cool before cleaning.
