This is my new favorite spatula! When I got it, I washed it real quick and made myself some fried eggs for lunch. When I flipped the eggs I grabbed my old spatula out of the drawer and pitched it into the trash! No more cheap junk spatulas for me!
Best spatula ever. I needed to replace a beloved spatula. I looked everywhere, from hand made to premium stuff off assembly lines. Too long, too floppy, too hard. . none of them were good until I found stage coach forge which ended my search abruptly. The stage coach forge spatula is just hard enough, just pliable enough that I can lift eggs and steaks, side cut veggies withhe edge. I like a slotted spatula. The weight of ghis spatula is perfect as well, it feels designed, not just custom riveted or something but thought out carefully. I like the tapered design. The handle is really nice, cool and comfy, I got a copper look style. it’s not too long, it’s just right. (I had no idea that’s spatula review could sound so illicit but here we are lol. ) If you’re in the search for a perfect spatula, your search is over. Gbis spatulas perfect.
We've been delighted with our 14" skillet, ladle & spatula! The skillet seasoned right up with very little effort and nothing seems to be sticking to it! The design & style are beautiful. They are built well to last many generations to come!
Id give it a solid full stars. Very nice craftsmanship and it preformed perfectly.
We use this spatula constantly! It holds up very well (my husband has a history of breaking spatulas). Still looks good-as-new a year into regular use! It's beautiful to have in the kitchen, as well.
