Why This Wok? Inspired by historic American blacksmithing with the modern addition of a stainless steel handle — the least heat-conductive metal — allowing for a cooler handle during everyday cooking with a beautiful hammered silver shine. Hand-forged and limited in quantities, each carbon steel wok is visually unique while sharing fundamental design elements, including stainless steel hammered handles textured for easy gripping and a beautiful pre-seasoned interior finish.

Each item is handmade, forged, and assembled on our homestead in the USA. All cookware is thoughtfully made, and minor variations, blemishes, and scratches in each item can be expected due to the handmade nature of artisan craftsmanship.
