Each piece is handcrafted in the USA by Ryan Sanden, the blacksmith artist, made in small batches, ensuring heirloom quality, and is guaranteed for life.

Enhance the cooking performance of your hand forged carbon steel wok by adding a lid to your collection. Functional and beautiful, each lid features a hand-forged twisted stainless steel handle with leaf detail. Woks are sold separately.

Each item is handmade, forged, and assembled on our homestead in the USA. All cookware is thoughtfully made, and minor variations, blemishes, and scratches in each item can be expected due to the handmade nature of artisan craftsmanship. All items are inspected repeatedly for quality and are guaranteed for life.

Care

Rust may develop if your lid is subjected to wet or damp conditions, but with frequent use and oiling your cookware will last for generations to come. Avoid soap after the first wash — hot water and a stiff brush are usually enough. Dry your lid thoroughly and immediately after washing, then apply a very light coat of oil to protect the surface between uses.

Protect it between uses: Our handmade Skillet Seasoning Wax, made with beeswax from the hives on our farm and cold-pressed avocado and coconut oil, conditions carbon steel and keeps rust away in storage. Completely non-toxic, just like your cookware.

Safety

All metal cookware gets hot during use — including handles, lids, and utensils. Always use an oven mitt or towel when handling, keep hot cookware away from children, and allow it to cool before cleaning.
